Ed Sheeran's wife Cherry leaves City job to grow fruit and veg

THE wife of pop star Ed Sheeran has left her high-powered job in the City of London — to grow fruit and veg.

Cherry Seaborn-Sheeran, 28, has worked for international firm Deloitte since 2014 but has taken leave from her career as a risk manager to pursue green projects.

She has also enrolled at Cambridge University to study for a post- graduate degree in sustainable business.

Cherry’s LinkedIn page says she is “working to create a self-sufficient ­living environment, aiming to produce sustainable energy, as well as all fruit and vegetables”.

She and Ed, 29, have beehives, chickens, fruit trees, veg patches and a lake to attract birds and bugs at their Suffolk home
