Celtic unveil their new pink third kit inspired from ticket stubs of 1967 European Cup final

CELTIC have unveiled their new third kit after weeks of teasing - and it's pink.

Very pink.

The garish colour has merit though - it was the shade used on ticket stubs from their famous 1967 European Cup victory over Inter Milan.

With a modest black trim and collar, the rest of the kit from top to bottom is pink, including the badge.

It will be the 50th annivesary next summer of the European Cup triumph - which completed a quintuple haul that season - and the club wanted to honour the 'Lisbon Lions’ in their own special way.

Fourteen members of that squad were born within 10 miles of Celtic Park and the strip has famous motto 'A Club Like No Other' printed inside the collar.
